State Level Minorities Awards
BHOPAL: The Government has instituted three service awards in the name of freedom fighters and immortal martyrs belonging to minorities.
The awards are of state level and are instituted by Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department. The awards are instituted in the names of Amar Shaheed Ashfaque Ullah Khan, Captain Hameed Khan and freedom fighter Maulana Abul Kalam Azad.
The awards will be given by Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan at 5 pm on March 29 at Ravindra Bhavan here.The government has selected three social workers for the awards for the year 2011. The selected persons are for the awards include Dr. Rasheed Patel of Barwani, Shri Mahmood Ahmad Qadri of Jabalpur and Dr. Razia Hamid of Bhopal.
