New Delhi: President Pranab Mukherjee and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Sunday greeted people on the occasion of Holi, saying the festival provided an opportunity to strengthen the bonds of unity and friendship.Karachi: A Hindu temple and a dharmashala were set on fire by a frenzied mob in Pakistan’s southern Sindh province over alleged desecration of a holy book, marring Holi celebrations and prompting authorities to impose a curfew in the area.
