State Govt. Decentralises disposal of mining exemption Applications

Bhopal  —  The state government has decentralised the process for disposing of applications for mining exemption. Now, such applications will be sent to Director Geology & Mining instead of the government.

According to a statement released in the state capital on Thursday, the director will examine the technical and legal aspects of the applications and then forward them to the administration with his recommendation within stipulated time.

This new process will ensure transparent and time-efficient disposal of the applications.
