CM to inaugurate virtual yoga classes today
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will inaugurate virtual yoga classes, jointly organized by the Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission and Social Welfare Department, at his official residence on Monday.
Social Welfare Minister Anila Bhedia and Secretary Reena Babasaheb Kangale will be present, an official statement said on Sunday.
The classes are being held to bring down the effect of Covid infection and build immunity. They will benefit specially the Covid patients in home isolation and their families, persons immunized with the first dose of anti-Covid vaccine and senior citizens.
The classes will be available on the Commission’s Facebook page https://www.Facebook.com/chhattisarhYogAayog and YouTube channel https://youtube.com/channel/UCWGvHhPOpc4zxHVt8qCcUuQ.
The classes will be live in two sessions (6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.). After the session, the recording will be uploaded on social media.
