Youths should contribute in developing Madhya Pradesh: CM

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that he will not allow any uncertainty in the path of youths’ progress. Youths should contribute in developing Madhya Pradesh. Entire society will have role in running the government. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was addressing a Yuva Samvad at MLB College here today.

The Chief Minister said that target of making Madhya Pradesh pioneer state in next 5 years will be achieved through cooperation of all. The state government will ensure positive change in lives of common people. No youth will remain dejected due to paucity of money in Madhya Pradesh. Talented youths should contribute in transforming the state,

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that such educational institutions will be established in the state which would brighten its name in the country. Efforts to further streamline higher education will continue. He said that employment opportunities for youths will be increased. For this, investment in Madhya Pradesh will be promoted. Youths’ role will be important in spreading a network of small and cottage industries in Madhya Pradesh. Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana has been launched for youths so that entrepreneurs can be raised from soil of the state. He said that youths should lead purposeful life and become enlightened citizens. Campaign to change society’s mindset through Beti Bachao Abhiyan will continue. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that youths can present their suggestions to him through social media also.

Youths put up important suggestions at the event specially streamlining of semester system, simplification of Loan Guarantee Scheme, banning of child labour, filling up of posts of government college principals, applying Gaon ki Beti Yojana to post-graduate classes also, provision of unemployment allowance, improving hostels’ condition etc. Former Home Minister and MLA Shri Umashankar Gupta, MLA Shri Vishwas Sarang, Principal Secretary Higher Education Shri J.N. Kansotiya, Shri Alok Sharma and large number of students were present on the occasion.
