Workshop held on Women’s Day at Jaiprakash Hospital
Bhopal: A workshop to mark International Women’s Day was held at Health Education, Information Communication Bureau on the premises of Jaiprakash Hospital here today. Detailed discussions on women’s empowerment and improvement in their health level were held at the workshop.
Subject experts put forth a number of suggestions at the workshop to promote women’s interests. Principal Secretary Health Shri Praveer Krishna also took stock of nurses’ training programme regarding safe motherhood on the hospital premises and directed to hold such training programmes in right earnest. He held dialogue with trainees and expressed happiness finding their knowledge level high.
Commissioner Health Shri Pankaj Agrawal, Smt. Radha Krishna, Director National Rural Health Mission Sushri M. Geeta, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Sanjay Shukla and other officers were present on the occasion.
