Students should not forget duty towards country & society : Governor
Bhopal: Governor Shri Ram Naresh Yadav has said that students should maintain Sainik School’s reputation by serving people of various spheres outside their school also. Shri Yadav was addressing 50th nnual function of Sainik School, Rewa today.
Underlining Sainik School’s salient features, Shri Yadav said that teachers in this only army school in the state imparts rigorous training to students. Pass outs of this school find places in infantry, navy and air force. Shri Yadav exhorted students to always set highest standards wherever they are and never forget duties towards country and society.
Earlier, the Government inspected a guard of honour. He also went round an exhibition put up by students. He also participated in cultural programmes held in Manek Shaw Auditorium.
At the programme, Governor Shri Yadav gave away Champions Trophy to students Bharat House, ADA Trophy and R.R. Narang Banner to Chambal House, Maharaja Martand Singh Champion Banner to Satpura House, Championship Trophy to Lav-Kush House and Shankar Dayal Sharma Banner to Satpura house for outstanding achievements.
