State Govt. to bear cost of treatment of people affected at cataract camp

Bhopal. The state government has taken serious note of case of infection and deterioration in eye disease following cataract operation in Barwani district.

Soon after receiving information about it this morning, Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan apprised himself of factual position from senior officers of Public Health and Family Welfare Department.

The Chief Minister directed to provide better treatment to all affected eye patients. At present, they are being treated at Shri Aurobindo Medical Institute Hospital at Indore.

The Chief Minister has announced that the state government will bear entire cost of treatment of these eye patients.
