Social service through positive journalism

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that country, state and society can be served through creative and positive journalism. The Chief Minister was releasing daily newspaper “Subah Savere” here today. Public Relations and Mineral Resources Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla was also present.

The Chief Minister advised the newspaper management not to join race of circulation figure, but surge ahead in quality. Factual news should be published. Newspapers build public opinion. Journalism should be in the interest of people, country, state and humanity. Chief Editor Shri Umesh Trivedi informed about the newspaper. Commissioner Public Relations Shri Anupam Rajan was also present. Newspapers’ Editor Shri Girish Upadhyay conducted the proceedings while Resident Editor Shri Pankaj Shukla proposed a vote of thanks.
