Seminar on Islamic banking in Bhopal
BHOPAL (IANS): A seminar on the global economic problems and Islamic banking held on Sunday in the state capital.
The seminar has been organized by the Muslim Educational Social and Cultural Organisation-Arabic Language and English Education Foundation (MESCO-ALEEF).
The seminar addressed by eminent personalities like Irfan Shahid, a Shariah consultant, and Moulana Wali Rahmani, the general secretary of All India Muslim Personal Law Board.
‘Professor Shahid is visiting faculty for Islamic economics at various business schools in Europe. He has number of books and research papers to his credit,’ MESCO-ALEEF Bhopal chapter secretary Perwez Bari said.
