RICPL bagged awards by Indian Dairy Association

Bhopal: Ramani Ice Cream Private Limited (RICPL) bagged the prestigious awards by the Indian Dairy Association including three gold and one silver in various categories.

These accolades come to RICPL for the third time in three consecutive years for its popular brand of ice cream, Top N Town, which re-affirms its position as the leading ice cream brand of Central India. These awards come to Top N Town in recognition for its continuous innovations and consistent high quality of ice creams. Apart from intensive presence in Madhya Pradesh, the Top N Town is a well known and much loved ice brand in seven other Indian States, which include Chhatisgarh, Orissa, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan which also have a good concentration of Top N Town parlors and retail outlets. With this recent accomplishment, RICPL takes another step forward in its objective to establish Top N Town as a national brand.

This brand has come a long way, since its inception in 1972, from having just a small outlet in Bhopal to establishing its own creamery and spreading its branches to different states of the country. Its Managing Director Arun Ramani heads towards making it a national brand, he is supported by a team of professionals who share his vision and complement it further by their untiring efforts.

He says “My team is my greatest strength and family expectation – my greatest motivation”. In his words – “Our vision is to make Top N Town the first choice of the customers and employees, by setting high standards in taste, service delivery and price.”

Top N Town is all set to become a national player in the ice cream industry with its path breaking innovations, fruitful partnerships, and strategic associations. Today Top ‘N Town stands proud with 30 exclusive parlors and more than 7500 retail outlets. Keeping in line with their commitment to provide fresh products the company has plants at different locations in order to cater to fresh products across all territories. Starting with a capacity of 300 litres a day.

Currently Top N Town boasts a production of 60,000 litres a day and is poised to grow up to 1,00,000 litres a day by 2011.
