Pending Cases resolved through Samadhan Online

Bhopal. Various cases pending from the many years have resolve on Wednesday. Through Samadhan Online, Chief Secretary Shri R. Parasuram has given relief to many applicants of various districts. He instructed officers to ensure that beneficiary-oriented schemes’ applicants get necessary forms and requisite information about application.

Daughter of Smt. Shobha Verman of Katni district, who could not undergo family planning operation due to being cancer patient, was provided benefit of Ladli Laxmi Yojna as a special case. Not only this, instructions were also given to provide her necessary assistance for treatment of cancer.

Motiram of Khandwa district had complained that he had not taken loan for purchasing buffalo but was being pressurised to repay loan. The Chief Secretary instructed district collector to examine the case. He said that this case is of criminal nature prima facie. Case should be registered against erring officers and government funds be recovered from him. The Chief Secretary instructed to prepare a new case and extend benefit of scheme to Motiram.

Husband of Smt. Jayvanti Bai belonging to scheduled caste and resident of Hoshangabad district complained that compensation for acquisition of her agricultural land for construction of canal has not been given even after 23 years. Principal Secretary Water Resources Shri Radheshyam Julania said that after examining the case, payment of compensation will be made within a week if no other payment has been made in the past.

Premlal Patel of Khargone district complained that he had organised mass marriage function of 417 couples under Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojna. Marriage gifts and material for concerning couples have not been provided even after six months. Expressing displeasure over this, Principal Secretary Rural Development Smt. Aruna Sharma instructed Panchayat Sachiv to distribute concerning material within two days.

At Samadhan Online, the Chief Secretary instructed concerning officers to provide funds for well to Jagdish Ahirwar of Raisen district, make loan available for construction of house and starting business as per eligibility to Dinesh Mongia and install electricity pole in the field of Raghunath Dongre of Balaghat.

At the programme, the Chief Secretary said that special attention should be paid to measures to give relief from heat to children and labourers in northern areas of the state where rains have not been witnessed. He also said that officers should ensure that there are no pits in quarries, in the roadsides and near schools.
