Not King, I am Sevak of Citizens: CM

Bhopal. The Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that I am not a King I am a Sevak of the citizens. I am visiting villages to apprised myself about grievances of the people and its redressal. I will become part of their pain and happiness and will give new dimension to the development of the state. It has been decided by the state government that every individual born in Madhya Pradesh must have their own home and a piece of a land. The government is making efforts in this direction.

Shri Chouhan further added that a special campaign is being implemented to provide permanent lease to the people of poor and weaker section who have built houses on the government land and living there since last so many years. Also, Vanadhikaar Pattas are being distributed in Madhya Pradesh. Regular efforts are being taken in the direction to develop infrastructure besides expansion of trade & business and industrial development in the state. He said that all the citizens should come forward to contribute and cooperate in the development. Also, all possible help will be provided for the development of Jaithari Nagar panchayat.

Priority to bring Happiness and Change in the life of Citizens

The Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that it is his priority to bring change and happiness in the life of the people. The poor and weaker section of the society will taste happiness in the state and they also march towards the progress and development by being aware. The state government is providing food grains at the rate of Re. 1 per k.g. to the people belonging to the poor and weaker section of the society.

Shri Chouhan Given Many Sops in “Jan Darshan”

Shri Chouhan participated in Jan Darshan in various villages in Anooppur district on Saturday. Warm reception was given to Shri Chouhan by the villagers. Around 25 villages were covered by Shri Chouhan under the Jan Darshan programme. The Chief Minister Shri Chouhan made announcement about construction of bridge at Cholna – Pador road, community bhavan in village Cholna. He directed to examine lift irrigation scheme and possibility of construction of irrigation dam on Gujar Nala. During his visit to village Pondi-Chondi, he made announcement regarding construction of Pondi-Chondi- Shikarpur road and additional classroom in the school. He further instructed the officials for organizing a public welfare camp to add name of people in the BPL list. Shri Chouhan also announced establishment of ITI training center in village Badra besides conducting of block offices in village Badra.
