Mera Madhya Pradesh portal to be launched for suggestions and dialogue between citizens and government

Bhopal. The state Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, today decided to launch ‘Mera Madhya Pradesh’ portal for digital partnership between citizens and the government for development and progress of Madhya Pradesh. With the support of information technology, the portal will be a platform for suggestions and dialogue between the state government and citizens.

The cabinet gave administrative approval to Rs 71.47 crore for construction of new building of Madhya Pradesh Bhavan in New Delhi, dismantling present building. MP Road Development Corporation will carry out construction of new building.

The cabinet decided to close the scheme with sanctioning payment of Rs 7, 91, 90,387 on the basis of records provided by seven districts for distribution of claim regarding 1984 Sikh riot. The compensation was not given to affected persons for property damage. The districts are Jabalpur, Indore, Damoh, Dewas, Betul, Shivpuri and Dindori.

The cabinet created 30 new posts of class IV employees for 6 residential higher secondary schools for scheduled tribe students, 320 new posts for 40 hostels for boys and girls, 670 new posts for 67 English medium Ashram Shalas for boys and girls and 26 new posts for two upgraded higher secondary schools and sanctioned 40 building constructions.

The cabinet also gave sanction to creation of 100 posts after setting up of 20 new boys/girls hostels in 2016-17 in order to continue post metric education of scheduled tribe students.

The cabinet extended the deadline till November 10,2016 for merging of services of MP State Cooperatives Oil Federation employees in different departments. Merging of services of total 478 employees, including 112 who are deputation and 366 who are posted in Oil Fed, is to be done.

The cabinet decided to carry foward total 28 temporary posts – including 11 posts of class one for establishment of MP High Court and 17 posts of class II for next five years from March 1, 2017 to February 28, 2022.

The cabinet took decision to give special appointment to Shri Anil Kumar, son of martyr Subedar Pushparaj Singh, village Labhori, Tehsil Sirmor district Rewa on vacant class three post at district level in government service, as per educational qualification.

The cabinet approved allotment of 174.06 hectare land owned by Department of Commerce, industries and employment to M/s Diamond Cement Pvt Hidelberg Cement Ltd, Narsinghgarh, District Damoh to use.
