Living only for society and country meaningful: CM
Bhopal: Addressing school children on the premises of Krishi Upaj Mandi at Rehti in Sehore district today, Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that life dedicated to society and country is meaningful. The Chief Minister was addressing a function where free of cost copies were distributed to students of class VI to XII of all government schools in Budhni Vidhan Sabha constituency with courtesy of “Maa Sundar Devi Kalyan Samiti”. He said that children should respect parents. The Chief Minister informed that “Sundar Devi Ashram” in memory of her late mother Smt. Sundar Devi is doing welfare work in Vidisha. “Maa Sundar Devi Kalyan Samiti” has been constituted under it, whose executive Chairperson is Smt. Sadhana Singh Chouhan. The committee will provide facilities in addition to those being provided in schools.
The Chief Minister also visited Salkanpur Dham along with wife and prayed for welafare of people and all-round development of the state.
Minister in-charge of the district Shri Rampal Singh, MARKFED Chairman Shri Ramakant Bhargava, Sehore Zila Panchayat President Smt. Urmila Maretha, Rehti Nagar Parishad’s Chairperson Smt. Sunita Chouhan, District BJP President Shri Raghunath Singh Bhati, former MLA Shri Rajendra Singh Rajput, Shri Guru Prasad Sharma, other public representatives and large number of school children were present.
