Lecture series held on “Role of Media in Parliamentary System”
Bhopal: A lecture series on “Role of Media in Parliamentary System” was held by Pandit Kunjilal Dube National Seat of Parliamentary Learning for professors, teachers and researchers of teaching institutions at Academy of Administration here today. The lecture series was inaugurated by senior journalist Shri Rajendra Sharma. As many as 123 participants were provided certificates and feedback was sought from them.
In the first session of lecture series, Commissioner-cum-Director Horticulture Shri Anurag Shrivastava spoke on “Role of Social Media in Politics” and senior journalist Shri Kalpesh Yagnik on “Role of Social Media in Education and Employment. In the second session, Principal Secretary Shri Manoj Shrivastava delivered a lecture on “Role of Media in Parliamentary System”.
Director of the Seat of Parliamentary Learning Shri C.L. Motwani informed that now information about Parliamentary system is being given to students through educational institutions. Youth Parliaments are being held. Three prizes are also being given to students.
