Every possible cooperation in setting up National Journalism Research Institute : Gupta

Bhopal: Speaking at concluding function of SAARC Regional Journalism Festival at Indore today, Home Minister Shri Umashankar Gupta said that churning of thoughts and pondering hold special place in journalism. To set up a National Journalism Research Institute all possible cooperation will be extended.
At the programme, Shri Gupta felicitated senior journalists. He said that Indore Press Club has established glorious tradition of organising Vernacular Journalism Festival. He said that almost every section of society is witnessing decline. Under such circumstances, media faces a big challenge to maintain its credibility.
Mayor Shri Krishna Murari Moghe, senior journalist Shri Abhay Chhajlani and Shri Ramesh Sharma, Shri Uttam Swami Ji Maharaj, Indore Press Club’s President Shri Praveen Khariwal and Shri Umesh Mehta also spoke on the occasion.
Minister of State for Health Shri Mahendra Hardia, Aurobindo Medical College’s Chairman Dr. Vinod Bhandari, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena’s Shri G.S. Mhade, Deputy Mayor of Mumbai Shri Mohan Bidgaonkar, social worker Shri Nirmal Jain and Shri Pusphraj Singh were specially present at the festival.
