Ensure online arrangements to issue migration certificates

Bhopal: Chief Secretary Shri Anthony de Sa has directed that online arrangements should be made to issue migration certificates to students. Universities should be inter-connected with computers to provide this certificate to students in time. The Chief Secretary directed this during Samadhan Online here today in the context of the case of Smt. Meena Dangi of Indore. The Chief Secretary directed to punish persons responsible for delay in providing migration certificate to her by Barkatullah University, Bhopal. He also directed to give admission in B. Ed course in any institution to Smt. Dangi.

Action of suspension and issuance of show cause notices was taken against 7 guilty persons today. Shri Devendra Kumar of Sagar had not received incentive money for inter-caste marriage since year 2003. The Chief Secretary ensured payment of Rs. 10 thousand to the applicant. Guilty accountant Shri Siraj Khan in this case was suspended. The Chief Secretary expressed unhappiness over delay in payment of assistance amount for delivery of wife of applicant Shri Anup Jaga of Morena district by Urban Development Authority. Apart from ensuring payment to applicants, the Chief Secretary directed to initiate departmental enquiry against 3 persons found guilty in this case.

Other cases redressed by the Chief Secretary during Samadhan Online included those of Shri Prabhkar Tripathi of Satna, Shri Dhruv Dwivedi of Sidhi district, Shri Atul Vishwakarma of Chhatarpur, Shri Vishnu Kori of Jabalpur, Shri Anek Singh of Dindori, Shri Kirti Azad Dwivedi of Rewa district, Shri Arvind Gupta of Shahdol, Shri Lukhlal Bisen of Balaghat etc. The Chief Secretary directed to complete action within a month regarding start of tissue culture unit by Bhopal’s scientist Dr. Smt. Anita Verma under Mukhyamantri Yuva Uddyami Yojana. Principal Secretaries to CM Shri Manoj Shrivastava and Shri S.K. Mishra were also present on the occasion.
