Earn prestige through excellent work: Gupta
Bhopal: Congratulating trainees of Model ITI Bhopal going on job to Dubai, Higher and Technical Education Minister Shri Umashankar Gupta asked them to earn prestige through excellent work so that path can be paved for jobs of more people in private companies. Shri Gupta was handing over appointment letter to the students going for service in MET Crane Service, UAE at his residence here today. Director Skill Development Shri M. Sibi Chakravarti and Principal of Model ITI Shri Sunil Desai were also present.
The Minister said that it is a matter of happiness that trainees of Model ITI are going for job abroad for the first time. He said that it is the result of state government’s initiative that private companies are taking interest in placement of ITI trained youths of the state. Shri Gupta said that students going on job should work with right earnest so that other people also get opportunities.
In all, 3 students of Model ITI Bhopal have been selected for job by MET Crane Service, UAE. The trainees will be given return air tickets, free lodging facility and Rs. 25 thousand salary. Trainees of a government ITI have been selected by a foreign company for the first time.
The 3 candidates including Shri Rohit Uikay has been selected as electrician and Shri Tirth Sahu and Shri Mohammad Akbar Khan as fitters by MET Crane Service, UAE.
