Difference in Adhyapak cadre’s pay to be paid in 4 instalments

Bhopal: State Government has decided to pay difference between pay of Adhyapak cadre appointed by urban bodies, Janpad and Zila Panchayats and teaching cadre of the state in 4 annual instalments. Urban Administration and Panchayats & Rural Development Department has issued separate orders to this effect today.

Appointments in Adhyapak cadre’s service period will be considered after appoint on 1-4-2007 or thereafter. Service period of Adhyapak cadre will be calculated as on August 1, 2013.
After calculation of previous year of service period, remaining 6 completed months’ period will be deemed as one year. remaining period will not be considered for calculation. For example, if a teacher has completed service of 2 years and complete 6 months in Adhyapak cadre, service will be deemed of 3 years and he will be paid difference in pay for the period between 3 and 5 years. If an Adhyapak has done service for 2 years, 5 months and 29 days, his service period will be regarded as 2 years and he will be paid difference in pay for a period of 2 years since the date of appointment.
