Dam will be constructed at Chhindwara
BHOPAL (MPINFO): Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan performed puja at Godardev Shiv Mandir in Chhindwara district on Thursday. He interacted with people at the fair held over there and assured them for an early survey for the construction of a dam on the river near the temple.
Chouhan also honoured sadhus and sants who had come to attend the annual fair with shawls and coconuts.
Chouhan said that attainment of God is the ultimate goal of human life. Therefore, everyone should develop the habit of worshipping God besides discharging his responsibilities.
Chief Minister said that God can be easily appeased by serving the humanity wholeheartedly and discharging social responsibilities with sincerity.
Chief Minister Chouhan exhorted people to follow the path of saints and great persons in their lives. Several Katha-Vachak, local people’s representatives and large number of people were present on the occasion.
