Congress Assembly in-charge meet: Donation of Rs 138 will be taken from 25 people from every booth

After the defeat in the assembly elections, preparations have started for changes in the Congress organization. A meeting of all the assembly in-charges was held at the state Congress office on Saturday.

In this meeting, PCC Chief Jitu Patwari told the assembly in-charges that every election is a kind of learning. Now there is no faction in Congress, now it will run on “I, not we”. Lok Sabha elections are a big challenge before us. You people should strengthen the organization of Congress at the booth. Who will be the candidate in the Lok Sabha elections? You guys don’t get entangled in this. Don’t tell anyone’s name. If there is a need, I will ask you myself.

If you win then your own influence, if you lose then other contenders are responsible.

In the meeting, some assembly in-charges said that five-six people ask for tickets in the elections. Only one gets it. If the person who gets the ticket wins, he claims victory due to his own influence and if he loses, he says that the other contenders did not do their job. This mentality is not right. In the meeting, the assembly in-charge told PCC Chief Patwari to call all the people who were seeking tickets in the assembly elections and the candidates who were there, to Bhopal and hold a meeting. Unless those contesting the elections work unitedly with the mentality of making Congress win. Till then the results will not be good.

Assembly conference will be held from 18th to 24th January

Congress will organize assembly conferences across the state in all 230 assemblies between January 18 and January 24. Congress’s Lok Sabha coordinator, MLAs, former MLAs, MPs, former MPs, defeated assemblymen, Lok Sabha candidates, Mandalams, sector block presidents and members of booth committees will be present in these conferences.

In-charges of about 100 assemblies did not attend the meeting. In this matter, Congress organization in-charge Rajiv Singh said that the information about the meeting was given to the in-charge yesterday itself. Because of this many people did not get reservations.

Congress will take contribution of Rs 138 from 25 people at every booth

PCC Chief Jitu Patwari said that Congress has run a donation drive named Donate for Nation. In this, the amount of donation has been fixed for Congress officials, MLAs, MPs, Assembly and Lok Sabha candidates from booth workers to Mandalam, Sector, Block, District and State level. It is expected from all of you to get a donation of Rs 138 from at least 25 people at every booth.
