Complete Adhaar Registration in State till December 31

Bhopal. Chief Secretary Shri Basant Pratap Singh said that 100 percent Adhaar registration should be complete in the state till December 31. Special camps should be conducted to speed up registration process in the age group of 5 years. The Chief Secretary has issued these directives during the ‘Parakh’ video conferencing. Information about status of agriculture, health and other schemes being run by various departments were obtained from Divisional Commissioners and District Collectors. Collectors of Indore, Ratlam, Jhabua, Shajapur and Annuppur were directed to make special efforts to accelerate the pace of adhaar registration process.

Additional Chief Secretary Home Shri K.K. Singh, Agriculture Production Commissioner Shri P.C. Meena, Principal Secretary Agriculture Shri Rajesh Rajora, Principal Secretary Transport Shri S. N. Mishra, Secretary School Education Smt. Deepti Gaur and Commissioner Health Services Smt. Pallavi Jain were present in the video conferencing.

During deliberations on necessary arrangements for Rabi sowing, Principal Secretary Agriculture said that the district administration should be vigilant especially to offload rail rack containing fertliser within 9 hours. The fertiliser should be proper stored in order to facilitate constant supply. Moreover, it is informed in the video conferencing that the districts are authorized to take action against substandard sample of fertiliser, seeds and pesticides. Hence, district collectors must keep vigil and ensure activeness of the field teams. Directives for constant review of information collection process related to agriculture production sent by the districts were given in the conferencing. Chief Secretary Shri Singh has directed the Damoh and Panna Collectors to experiment crop reaping in three places each under their presence.

Directives for physical verification of availability of medicine Tamiflu to prevent swine flu and its expiry date were given. Further, review was made about Mission Indradhanush and Dastak being carried out in the state for vaccination and malnutrition eradication respectively in the conferencing.

During the review of relief distribution in the cases under the SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act, the Chief Secretary Shri Singh said that formation of committees at department level and their regular meetings will help preventing such cases. Discussions on ongoing activities in the districts for implementation of Madhya Pradesh District Mining Establishment Rule-2016 also took place.

The Chief Secretary Shri Singh also apprised himself about Jan Jagran on Poor Welfare programme, Training Convention and the arrangements being made for “11 years of development”, “Nagardoy Programme”, “Namami Devi Narmade” programme.
