Combined Power Should be Used to Develop State : CM

Bhopal. Gratitude was extended towards the Chief Secretary Shri Antony De Sa who is retiring from the services in the month end at a cabinet meeting chaired by the Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan here today. Beside this Shri Basant Pratap Singh who has been appointed as O.S.D. in the Chief Secretary Office was welcomed.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that Madhya Pradesh has achieved new heights during the tenure of the Chief Secretary Shri De Sa. Newly appointed Shri Singh as Chief Secretary will also shoulder responsibility to set new milestone. Shri Chouhan said that we have received a rare opportunity to build the future of the people as a Team Madhya Pradesh. We are at take off position to develop the state. We cannot stop this flight now. Our combined power should be used for the development of the state. Each one of us should put in our best effort as a team member. Implement 11 points agenda of the development. Pay special focus on public welfare schemes. Presently take Madhya Pradesh in development to such a height that it should become an example for future.

Chief Secretary Shri De Sa said that he has received an opportunity to serve the state as a chief secretary. In the last three years, Madhya Pradesh has achieved heights in the leadership of the Chief Minister Shri Chouhan. Love and Support received during the tenure is unforgettable. Positive cooperation was received from the members of the cabinet. Newly appointed Chief Secretary will take forward the development schemes being implemented in the state.

Newly appointed O.S.D. Shri Singh said that it is a challenge for me to shoulder this responsibility after the chief secretary Shri De Sa. He will handle this responsibility with all dedication and labour. He read out gratitude proposal on behalf of the cabinet. Praising tenure of the Chief Secretary Shri De Sa, he conveyed greetings for the future endeavor. Members of the Cabinet and Senior Administrative Officers were present on the occasion.
