CM talks directly to applicants of Helpline

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan talked directly to 2 applicants who had registered their complaints at CM Helpline, from Mantralaya here today. Shri Chouhan enquired from the applicants whether their problems were solved.
The call was made to Shri Raj Singh Karoliya of village Ano in Gohad tahsil of Bhind district. Shri Karoliya informed that he had complained about filthy water coming out from handpump. Soon after complaint at the helpline, staff of Public Health Department changed the pipes of handpump. But still filthy water is coming out of handpump despite changing pipes. The Chief Minister directed officers to install another handpump in the village. Shri Chouhan said that actual redressal of problems should be ensured. He said that he will continue to talk directly with complainants of CM Helpline in future also.
Later, the Chief Minister called Sushri Manorama Singh of Rewa city. Soon after registering complaint by her on CM Helpline, the drain in front of her house was cleaned by staff of municipal corporation. The applicant said that such cleaning should be done regularly. Agreeing with her, the Chief Minister said that sanitation is a continuous process. He directed that there should be no laxity in sanitation works.
