CM received new year wishes on returning Bhopal
BHOPAL (MPINFO): Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan and his wife Smt. Sadhna Singh were accorded welcome on their return to the city at the State Hangar here today.
CM had gone from Bhopal to Mangalore via Chennai on December 28, 2011. On December 29, the Chief Minister had reached Lakshyadweep from Mangalore and then Shirdi via Nasik on December 31. The Chief Minister reached Nasik on January 1, 2012. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan left Nasik in the noon reaching Bhopal in the afternoon.
Chouhan and his wife were greeted with bouquets. They exchanged New Year greetings with those present on the occasion.
Those who welcomed Chouhan at the State Hangar included Public Relations and Higher Education Minister Shri Laxmikant Sharma, Housing & Infrastructure Development Board Chairman Shri Rampal Singh, Apex Bank Chairman Shri Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, Bhopal Divisional Commissioner Shri Praveen Garg, Inspector General of Police Shri Vijay Yadav, Bhopal Collector Shri Nikunj Shrivastavsa, Senior Superintendent of Police Shri Yogesh Choudhary, Superintendent of Police Shri Abhay Singh, officers and employees of Chief Minister’s Secretariat, office-bears of BJP and citizens.
