CM Helpline unique initiative to solve problems

Bhopal: Energy, Mineral Resources Development and Public Relations Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla has described CM Helpline as a unique and effective system of solving problems of people of remote areas in the state. He directed staff of the CM Helpline to solve people’s day-to-day problems at faster pace. Shri Shukla was talking directly with complainants from CM Helpline here today. Shri Shukla expressed happiness that maximum calls are being received about schemes and programmes.

Direct talk: From CM Helpline, Minister Shri Shukla talked directly over telephone with Shri Manish Gurjar of Somgaon Kalan in Harda district, Shri Ashutosh Mishra of Panni in Rewa district and Shri Chetan Tamrakar of Bhopal city and learnt status of solution to their problems. The complainant informed that their complaints have been redressed. The complaints pertained to electricity voltage, power for irrigation and replacement of transformer.

A presentation was given before Energy Minister Shri Shukla on functioning of CM Helpline. It was informed that nodal officers have been appointed in every department. Telephone numbers of about 17 thousand field workers are kept updated. Number of phone lines has also been increased for people’s convenience.

Energy Minister Shri Shukla instructed for mapping of complaints being received about Energy and Mineral Resources Department. He also sought information about problems pertaining to other departments. Concerning departmental officers and BPO’s representatives were present on the occasion.
