Build country as per revolutionaries expectations: CM

Bhopal. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that we have to build the country as per the expectations of those revolutionaries who sacrificed for the Independence of India. Shri Chouhan was addressing concluding programme of Tiranga Yatra taken out as part of ’70 years of Independence- Yad Karo Qurbani’ campaign. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also took part in Tiranga Yatra taken out from Salkanpur to Rehti. He dedicated 8 developmental works costing Rs 10 crore in Rehti.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that we have to pledge to raise the country’s pride by contributing with good works. He said we have to live for the country and perform duties with integrity. Shri Chouhan performed pujan of the National Flag at the end of the Tiranga Yatra. He said, the Yatra is being taken out in the honour of the country. No person’s welcome or felicitation will be made in it.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan distributed LPG connections to 250 beneficiaries under Ujjawala Yojana, residential patta to 1107 beneficiaries and smart phones to college student. Shri Chouhan dedicated a PG College building work Rs 2.90 crore, a community health centre costing Rs 2.60 crore, 3000 metric tonne capacity godown costing Rs 1.19 crore, covered platform costing Rs one crore in Rehti and Rein-Basaira building at a cost of Rs 33.50 lakh in Salkanpur. He announced to open B.Sc. and B. Com. courses in Rehti College.

Minister for Public Works Department and district in-charge Shri Rampal Singh, chairman of MARKFED Shri Ramakant Bhargava, Chairman of MP Ware Housing Corporation Shri Rajendra Singh Rajput, Chairman of MP Mining Corporation Shri Shiv Chobey, Chairman of Forests Development Corporation Shri Guruprasad Sharma and Vice-Chairman of Minor Forests Produce Federation Shri Ramnarayan Sahu were present on the occasion.
