BJP candidates win Ujjain and Morena Mayoral elections

Bhopal: Candidates of Bharatiya Janata Party won Mayor’s elections of Ujjain and Morena municipal corporations. BJP candidates also won 2 Nagar Palikas and Indian National Congress one Nagar Parishad. Among Nagar Parishads, 4 were won by BJP and one by independent. In all, Bharatiya Janata Party bagged 8 out of 10 urban bodies, one by Indian National Congress and one by independent. Elections were held on August 12.
