According to sources, the high command is moving towards an OBC face regarding CM in Madhya Pradesh. In case of replacement of Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Prahlad Patel’s name is at the forefront. Consideration is also being given to giving a completely new OBC face. If the OBC card is not used then the name of Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar will be at the forefront in the race for CM. Apart from this, the formula of Deputy CM will also be implemented in Madhya Pradesh.

BJP has fielded Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, a general category member of the Punjabi Khatri community, and OBC leader Dr. K. Laxman and tribal leader Asha Lakra have been made observers for the selection of the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh. The three leaders will take a meeting of the legislative party and select the Chief Minister.

Dr. K. Laxman says, I have just received information about making me a supervisor. I am in Parliament. The program for Bhopal has not been decided yet.

Prahlad Patel, elected MLA from Narsinghpur, said in Bhopal on Friday that he has come here as an MLA to take necessary action. On CM face he said that we will have to wait. Prahlad Patel is also one of the contenders for the post of Chief Minister. On the question of coming to the Assembly from Lok Sabha, he said – No house is small. A house is a house. There is a difference in numbers and rules. If God has given you the job of watchman, then you should do watchmanship only.

On the delay in the announcement of the Chief Minister, Prahlad Patel said – Decisions have to be taken regarding five states, hence it is taking time. Even when I was in charge of Manipur, it took time. At present the Lok Sabha is going on, that is why it is taking time.
