AROs, counting observers and assistants also to be deployed in counting of postal ballots

Bhopal: ARO and 2 counting observers and assistants each will also be deployed in counting of postal ballots. These staff will assist ROs in opening of postal ballot boxes and later cover them at the counting venue. Election Commission of India has given consent to this proposal of the office of the Chief Electoral Officer.
