Consensus on 35 MP candidates in BJP Election Committee

There is almost a consensus on the second list of Madhya Pradesh in the Central Election Committee of BJP. There are 35 names in it. These will be announced in 2 to 3 days. The names of Ghasilal from Rajnagar seat of Chhatarpur and Bunty Sahu from Chhindwara seat are almost certain. Currently, Congress state president and former CM Kamal Nath is the MLA from Chhindwara seat.

The name of MP Rao Udaypratap Singh from Tendukheda (Narsinghpur) has come up, but whether this name should be kept in the second list or not, it will be decided later. The party is again going to show confidence in Sangeeta Charel from Sailana, Narayan Singh Kushwaha from Gwalior South and Ambrish Sharma from Lahar. Leader of Opposition Dr. Govind Singh is MLA from Lahar.

The names of Kaushal Sharma and Mohan Singh Rathore are ahead from Bhitarwar. The name of Amar Singh Yadav or Pratap Mandloi is from Rajgarh. Mainly discussions took place on the seats of Chhindwara, Rajgarh, Dhar and Jhabua.

The election committee meeting in Delhi continued till late Wednesday night. PM Narendra Modi also participated in this. Apart from this, National President JP Nadda, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, National Organization General Secretary BL Santosh, State Election Incharge Bhupendra Yadav, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, State President VD Sharma, State Organization General Secretary Hitanand, Kailash Vijayvargiya and Narendra Singh Tomar were present.

Under a special strategy, BJP is declaring its first candidates on 103 seats it lost in the last assembly elections. The party had released the first list of 39 candidates for such seats on August 17. Now names for the remaining 64 seats can be declared soon.

From Khilchipur, one name can be decided among Hazarilal Dangi (National President of Dangi Samaj and CM’s choice) and Anshul Tiwari (close to Narendra Singh, Vijayvargiya and Hitanand).

The name is Rajvardhan Singh from Narsinghgarh and Mukesh Pandya from Badnagar. Consent is yet to be given on the name of Anil Jain Kalukheda from Ujjain.

Ghanshyam Chandravanshi’s name was there in Kalapipal seat, but after the opposition of the local leader, the name of Rakesh Verma of Khati Samaj has come forward.

Mohan Solanki’s name has been kept for consideration along with Ramlal Ghatak and Gautam Tetwal in Sarangpur.

In Biaora, the names are Jagdish Panwar, Ramnarayan Dangi and Narayan Singh Panwar and in Nagda-Khachrod seat, the names are Dilip Shekhawat, Moti Singh and Tej Bahadur. A consensus has to be reached on one of these names.

Anil Jain Kaluhera (Treasurer) is a strong contender in Ujjain-North seat.

There was discussion in the name of Archana Chitnis from Burhanpur. Harsh Singh is also a contender from here.

PM Modi, JP Nadda, Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah and BS Yediyurappa are seen discussing in the meeting.

Initially, talks have been held separately on some seats, in which the names of Pradeep Aggarwal or Kalicharan Kushwaha from Sevda, Imarti Devi from Dabra and Hemant Khandelwal from Betul have been discussed. District President of Ajaya Morcha and former district president Mahesh Dhumketi and Gajendra Karcham were considered for Dindori seat.

Panel formed on 50 seats in meeting at Nadda’s house. According to BJP sources, in the meeting of BJP National President JP Nadda, Amit Shah, BL Santosh along with CM Shivraj, VD Sharma, Narendra Singh Tomar, Kailash Vijayvargiya and Hitanand Sharma in Delhi on Monday night, a panel of names was made for about 50 seats.
