Youths’ creative abilities should be used in nation-building

Bhopal: Youths’ creative abilities should be used in rebuilding society and nation by giving them right direction. This was stated by Governor Shri Ram Naresh Yadav while addressing Jan-Parishad’s silver jubilee function here today. Shri Yadav said that only social organisations can make good use of youth power to build a bridge between past and future in this age of cultural, moral and social degradation. On the occasion, Governor of Uttarakhand Shri Aziz Qureshi also underlined the role of organisations carrying out their social responsibility. Shri Qureshi lauded creativity of Jan-Parishad. The Governor inaugurated the function by garlanding an image of Maa Saraswati and lighting a lamp.
The Governor felicitated film actor Shri Yashpal Sharma and luminaries of various fields on the occasion.
Governor Shri Yadav said that small creative efforts of social organisations play a very important role in rebuilding nation and society. Lauding Jan-Parishad for continuing unabated its creative works, Shri Yadav praised its dedication towards fulfillment of social concerns. The Governor said that organisations with humanistic, social and creative viewpoint like Jan-Parishad are the need of the hour. At the outset, organisation’s patron and former DGP Shri N.K. Tripathi delivered the welcome address. Film artiste Shri Yashpal Sharma also lauded Jan-Parishad’s creative activities.
MPs Shri Kaptan Singh Solanki and Shri Alok Sanjar, humourist poet Shri Pradeep Chaube, President Dr. Mangal Prasad Agrawal, ADGs Shri Mahan Bharat Sagar and Shri G.P. Shrivastava were also present on the occasion.
On the occasion, Shri Yadav and Shri Qureshi released a CD in which 25-year activities of the organisation have been depicted in effective way.
Organisation’s patron Shri N.K. Tripathi delivered the welcome address and presented annual report. Function was conducted by Jan-Parishad’s Convener and journalist Shri Ramji Shrivastava and Shri Ajay Shrivastava proposed a vote of thanks.
