Pak Rocket Fire: BSF Locates Fifth Shell
The Border Security Force (BSF) on Sunday located another rocket shell in the fields near a village in the Amritsar district of Punjab, the discovery takes the total number of rockets shells located to five, say media reports citing officials.
“During our search operation, our officials have found another rocket today (Sunday). It exploded in the open space around a km from the houses of Pul Kanjari village here. It must have been fired yesterday (Saturday) and gone undetected by us,” BSF Inspector General (Punjab Frontier) Himmat Singh was quoted as saying on Sunday.
The total number of rockets fired into India from Pakistan now stands at five, he confirmed and added that the Pakistani side is yet to respond to the formal protest lodged by India, following the incident.
