18 Sanchi parlours at Bhopal to remain open from morning to night
Bhopal: Declaring 18 parlours as model parlours on account of excellent functioning, the Bhopal Dairy Federation has directed them to remain open from morning till night making available Sanchi products to consumers. These parlours are situated at Sindhi Colony, Employees Credit Society Dairy Federation, gate of Bhopal Dairy Federation, Bag Mugaliya, Surendra Palace, Piplani, Gandhi Market, Vijay Stambh (MP Nagar Zone-1), ICICI Bank, People’s Parlour Bhanpur, 11 Number, ISBT, Bairagarh Bus Stand, Avadhpuri crossing, 6 Number Bus Stop, Vaishali Nagar crossing, Bittan Market and Chuna Bhatti.
Model Sanchi Parlours have been asked to maintain hygiene and display entire range of products at a single place. Directives have also been given to display rate list, behave courteously with consumers, not to store illegal goods like gutka, tobacoo, bidis and cigarettes. Other facilities and prizes will be given in future to model parlours for excellent functioning.
Chhaina Kheer: Sanchi Chhaina Keer is a tasty and popular product. In view of heavy demand, its price has been reduced from Rs. 25 to Rs. 22 per cup. In view of special demand for khowa during Diwali, consumers will be able to get khowa from Model Sanchi Parlours by presenting advance demand. Therefore, product’s consumer-wise quantity will also be fixed to ensure its maximum use. Signboards of Adarsh Sanchi Parlours are also being installed for their identification.
Bhopal Dairy Federation got done surprise inspections of a number of parlours and took strict action against the parlours from where illegal goods, cigarettes, tobacco and bidis were seized. The parlours were warned not to sell such goods and asked to set things right till October 15, 2014
