Media Centre and Conference Hall set up at venue of Global Investors Summit at Indore
Indore:Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan reviewed progress at Indore for Global Investors Summit proposed to be held on October 28, 29 and 30, 2012. The preparations are being made at Global Investors Summit venue at MR-10, Labhganga, Indore. Lauding the preparations, Shri Chouhan also gave a number of important suggestions and guidance.
A state-of-the-art and fully-equipped media centre and conference hall have also been set up at the venue. These were inaugurated today by Chief Minister Shri Chouhan by addressing a press conference over there.
Commerce & Industries Minister Shri Kailash Vijaywargiya, Minister of State for Medical Education Shri Mahendra Hardia, MLA Smt. Malini Gaur, Additional Chief Secretary Industries Shri P.K. Dash, Commissioner Public Relations Shri Rakesh Shrivastava, TRIFAC Managing Director Shri Arun Kumar Bhatt, senior administrative officers and media persons were present on the occasion.
A large number of computers have been installed at the media centre and conference hall. Facilities of capture card/fire wire have been made available in laptop/computer systems. All the necessary arrangements have been made for seating of electronic and print media journalists. Proper arrangements have also been ensured for live telecast of programmes.
