MoS For Tourism Shri Patwa inaugurates 3-day Bhojpur Utsav

Bhopal : Minister of State for Tourism and Culture Surendra Patwa has said that constant efforts are being made to preserve culture by Culture Department. Every year, about 1800 programmes are held to promote arts and culture. Patwa was inaugurating 3-day Bhojpur Utsav at Bhojpur in Raisen district on Tuesday night. Principal Secretary Culture Manoj Shrivastava was also present on the occasion.

Shiv Aradhana through dance and songs

On festival’s first day, Sushri Yasmeen Singh and troupe presented dance drama with attractive display of Ardhanareeshwar Shiva and Shakti. Eminent playback singer Sona Mahapatra left the audience spell-bound by her rendering of Shiv Mangal Gaan ‘Maa Rewa Tera Pani Nirmal …. Kal Kal Bahta Jaye’ and other songs.
