Geetika Case : Post mortem report confirms sexual relations
New Delhi/Sirsa: Geetika Sharma’s post mortem report has made many shocking revelations including sexual harassment. According to police sources, Geetika was sexually assaulted on many occasions before she committed suicide.
This has raised questions over the possible reasons that forced her to take the extreme step of committing suicide. According to police, this was probably the reason why she, in her suicide note, referred Kanda as, “A cheat and a fraud man.” As per her suicide note, Kanda would try to seduce every girl that he encountered.
Geetika’s post mortem was performed at Maulana Azad Medical College in Delhi on August 6.
According to post mortem report, she had physical relations for a long time. This was even confirmed by Aruna Chaddha who further revealed about Geetika’s abortion.
However, P Karunakaran, DCP, North West Delhi, refused to comment over the entire episode saying hunt was on for Kanda’s arrest and further information would be revealed only after his arrest and successive interrogation.
The police will interrogate if the sexual relation between Geetika Sharma and unidentified person/s was consensual or against her will.
In the meanwhile, absconding former Haryana minister Gopal Goyal Kanda on Monday moved the Delhi High Court for anticipatory bail in the Geetika Sharma suicide case, saying she was “hypersensitive” and the act of suicide was a handiwork of “un-sound mind and of a frustrated individual.”
Gopal Kanda is the prime accused of abetting the suicide of Sharma, an ex-airhostess of his defunct MDLR airline.
