Child Labour Ruthlessly Bashed up by Employer in Lucknow

In Lucknow, a child labour was bashed up by his employer who accused him of stealing money. Moreover, the man rubbed salt on injuries of the nine-year-old.

Mohit, who labours at a juice stall, was cruelly beaten by a belt after the owner of the stall suspected him of stealing Rs 700. Furthermore, he then put the salt to the boy’s wounds.

“I used to peel sweet limes and earned Rs 600 a month. I was beaten with a belt and salt was rubbed on my wounds after my employer Raju accused me of stealing money,” said the child.

Police has registered a case against the culprit for employing a minor and physically assaulting him.
