Amit Shah in Mumbai; Maharashtra cabinet rejig likely

Mumbai: BJP chief Amit Shah arrived in Mumbai on Tuesday evening to discuss the state’s cabinet expansion with Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis.

Allocation of portfolios to the Shiv Sena may also be discussed. All eyes are on the reshuffle for two reasons. It will be interesting to see whether one of BJP’s oldest leader from the state Eknath Khadse will be again inducted in the cabinet and ifMumbai BJP chief Ashish Shelar will find a place in it.
