16 suspected terrorists presented in Bhopal court: 10 remanded till May 24 for questioning and 6 sent to jail, ATS taken under tight security

16 suspected terrorists arrested from Madhya Pradesh and Telangana were produced in the court on Friday. The Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) took everyone to the court amid tight security. Where after production, the court has handed over 10 of these on remand for questioning till May 24. At the same time, 6 suspects have been sent to jail.

All the fanatics were presented in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Raghuveer Patel. ATS sought his remand for questioning. This was opposed by the defence. His argument was that the ATS has not been able to extract anything special from them in the remand taken so far. The court accepted the remand. Now on May 24 all these will be presented again.

Yasir Khan, Syed Sami Rizvi, Danish Ali, Mohd Alam, Khalid Hussain, Mohd Hameed, Mohd Abbas, Abul Rahman, Junaid and Salim have been sent to remand. Explain that evidence was found of the accused being associated with Hizb-ut-Tahrir (HUT). ATS had detained 10 people from Bhopal, 1 from Chhindwara and 5 from Telangana on May 9. They were produced in the NIA court of Bhopal. Where all were sent on remand for questioning till 19 May.

The 11 accused arrested from Madhya Pradesh were on remand till May 19.

Mohammad Salim,  Abdur Rahman, Mohammad Abbas Ali, Shaikh Junaid, and Mohammad Hameed were nabbed from Hyderabad.

According to sources, several revelations were made in the interrogation of these suspected terrorists. It was learned that their training took place at the farm house on the Acharpura hill, the site of the encounter of SIMI members. He also took training in the farm house built near Berasia Dame and in the camps built in Bhojpur Neemkheda village. ATS is also questioning the owner of these farm houses.
