1500 patients given free consultation, treatment in World Ayurved Conference
Bhopal: Arrangements have been made to give free Ayurved consultation and treatment to patients during the 5th World Ayurved Conference. This camp was inaugurated this morning by Padmashri Vaidya Shri Devendra Triguna. At the camp, over 1500 pre-registered patients were provided free consultation and treatment today.
At the health camp, 18 doctors of Maharashtra Vyas Peeth are treating various diseases including cancer, arthritis, obesity, asthma, piles and gynec diseases.
At the conference, two main academic sessions were held on “Science and Ayurved” and “Improving public health through Ayurved”. Besides this, 12 parallel sessions and one poster session were also held. At the teacher-student interaction session, specialists replied to the questions posed by students.
Besides experts, common people have also evinced considerable interest in the conference underway at Lal Parade Ground. Stalls at the expo are witnessing heavy rush. Ayurved experts from about 40 countries, vice-chancellors of Ayurved universities, teachers, students and people interested in Ayurved are participating in various activities in the conference with much enthusiasm.
