Fear of the police among goons, miscreants and it is necessary for the general public to have faith in the police: CM Chouhan

Chief Minister Chouhan reviewed the law and order of Indore. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan reviewed the law and order situation in Indore this morning. Chief Minister Chouhan instructed to take the strictest action against goons, miscreants and anti-social elements. He said that there should be fear of police among goons and miscreants. It is necessary for the general public to have faith in the police. He said that activities like drinking and intoxication in public places would not be tolerated. Immediate action should be taken against the persons involved in such activities.

In the meeting held at the Chief Minister’s Residence Samatva Office Building, Additional Chief Secretary Home  Rajesh Rajaura, Director General of Police Sudhir Saxena, ADG Intelligence Adarsh Katiyar, O.S.D. Chief Minister Anshuman Singh and other officers were present. Indore Commissioner Pawan Sharma, Police Commissioner Makrand Deoskar, Collector  T. Ilaiah Raja and district administration officials attended the meeting virtually.

Chief Minister  Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that a lot of enthusiasm is being seen among the youth regarding the Seekho Kamao scheme. The intention of the state government is to provide maximum number of benefits of this scheme to the educated youth who are willing to get training in various fields of industry and business. In this scheme, along with training, stipend will also be given to the youth. In the first week of July, Chief Minister  Chouhan will interact with youths desirous of taking advantage of the scheme in Bhopal.

Chief Minister  Chouhan, after the construction of the portal of today’s Learn Earn Scheme at Samatva Bhavan, discussed with the youth and discussed about the upcoming steps of the scheme and gave necessary instructions. Sports and Youth Welfare, Technical Education, Skill Development Minister Yashodhara Raje Scindia, Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Additional Chief Secretary Technical Education and Skill Development  Manu Srivastava and senior officers were present in the meeting.
