Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the Kushwaha society is a patriotic and hardworking society. The society has to move forward by being united. Kushwaha society is the protector of Indian culture. Gems like Chandragupta Maurya and Emperor Ashoka emerged from this society. A separate marketing board will be constituted for horticulture crops in the interest of the Kushwaha community associated with the production and trade of fruits, flowers, vegetables, so that small farmers can get rid of middlemen. Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing the Kushwaha Mahakumbh at BHEL Dussehra ground today. Chief Minister Chouhan handed over a check of Rs 10 crore for the construction of Lavkush Temple and Community Dharamshala in Sagar to Shri J.P. Kushwaha Sabha National President. handed over to Verma. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the necessary process will be completed regarding allotment of land for the office of All India Kushwaha Mahasabha, Madhya Pradesh.
Lavkush temple and community dharamshala will be constructed in Sagar at a cost of Rs 10 crore.
A separate Horticulture Crops Marketing Board will be constituted for better marketing arrangements for horticulture crops like fruits, flowers, vegetables etc.
Necessary process will be completed regarding allotment of land for the office of All India Kushwaha Mahasabha, Madhya Pradesh.
A separate market will be made for horticulture crops.
The earlier announcements include formation of Kushwaha Welfare Board, optional holiday on Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jayanti, inclusion of biographies of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule and Savitri Phule in the syllabus.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the Kushwaha community has made invaluable contribution to the defense of the nation. The samaj brothers have worked hard to drive out the foreign invaders. Society participated in the freedom struggle. Mahatma Jyotiba Phule and Mrs. Savitri Phule did important work in the field of women’s education. Chief Minister Chouhan said that all necessary steps will be taken in the interest of Kushwaha community. The announcements made in the past for the welfare of the Kushwaha community have been implemented.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that apart from agriculture and horticulture, encourage the youth of the society for development in the field of business and small scale enterprises. More and more youth of the society will be benefitted by various schemes. Social brothers should take maximum benefit of Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojna, Learn-Earn Yojna, Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojna. Cooperation will be extended by the administration for arranging hostels for the students of the society in Bhopal and Dharamshala in Ujjain.
Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Horticulture and Food Processing Bharat Singh Kushwaha said that Chief Minister Shri Chouhan serves the state like a family. He has taken historic decisions in the interest of the Kushwaha community.
