6 women judges dismissed due to poor performance: Rajsat will be the property of three corrupt officers; Government strict in election year

On the recommendation of Madhya Pradesh High Court, the government has terminated the service of 6 women judges posted in different districts. This action has been taken due to poor performance of these women judges during the probation period. The Law-Legislative Affairs Department has issued its orders.

In the notification issued by the department, it has been said that this decision has been taken due to not being able to discharge the probation period satisfactorily and successfully. A meeting of the Administrative Committee was held regarding this between May 8 and 10. Later on May 13, a final decision was taken in the full court meeting. In this meeting, a recommendation was made to relieve all the 6 women judges.

These women judges were terminated. Among the women judges whose services have been terminated, judicial service member Sarita Chowdhary, second civil judge, Umaria, Rachna Atulkar Joshi, second civil judge, Tyonthar district, Rewa, Priya Sharma, first civil judge, Ambedkar Nagar, Indore, Sonakshi Joshi, fifth additional civil judge, Judge Murray is involved. Also, the names of Aditi Sharma fifth Civil Judge Tikamgarh and Jyoti Barwade Civil Judge Timarni District Harda are included. All of them have been members of the judicial service of the junior division, who have been terminated from the service for not performing well.

CM Shivraj has clearly said in many meetings that our policy is zero tolerance in the matter of corruption.

The state government has taken major action against the officers involved in corruption related cases. The government has ordered confiscation of the properties of three corrupt officers.

Investigation was done against Naval Singh Jamod, Deputy Excise Commissioner, Indore, Gurukripal Singh Sujlana, who was posted as Time Keeper of Public Works Department in Indore and Dr. Ravikant Dwivedi, who was Joint Commissioner in the Office of Deputy Commissioner Relief. Investigation found that all the three officers have amassed disproportionate assets. Cases were registered against all three under the Prevention of Corruption Act. According to the notification issued by the state government, the assets deposited in addition to the statutory income of the three officers will be confiscated.
