MP News: Inauguration of ‘Chief Minister’s Learn Earn Scheme’, CM Shivraj said to the youth ‘I love you

CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan launched the ‘Chief Minister Learn Earn Scheme’ today. Registration of youth was started in the Seekho-Kamao scheme portal at Ravindra Bhawan in Bhopal. The Chief Minister himself started it by registering a youth in the portal. In this scheme, youth will be taught different types of work and during this they will also get stipend. He said that this is a wonderful scheme and till now there is no such scheme anywhere else in India. Many ministers including VD Sharma, Yashodhararaje Scindia, Dr. Mohan Yadav, Meena Singh, Usha Thakur participated here on this occasion.

Will get money instead of learning work
The CM said that the BJP government is determined to provide employment to the youth. I had announced the recruitment of one lakh posts in government jobs on August 15, 2022. So far, recruitment has been done on 55,000 posts and the remaining posts will be filled by August 15. He said that government jobs will be given continuously in future as well, but it is not possible for everyone to get a government job. That’s why by making them skilled in various works, the government will help them to get jobs in the private sector and also to start their own business. This scheme has been started with this objective. He said that commitments have been made to bring an investment of 15 lakh 42 thousand 550 crore on the land of Madhya Pradesh. He said that a “Global Skill Center” is being set up in Bhopal with the help of Singapore. In this, we will simultaneously work on skilling 6,000 children and later increase this number to 10,000. Along with this, Global Skill Centers will be set up in other cities as well. The CM said that he was never in favor of giving unemployment allowance. A bird does not give a nest to its children, it gives wings to its children so that they can fly high in the endless sky. That’s why I have also come to give wings to the youth and learn earn scheme has been made.

eligibility conditions
The age limit for this scheme has been kept from 18 years to 29 years. The youth coming in this age limit must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh. With this, the minimum education should be 12th. From 12th, ITI, Diploma and Graduation degree can be there. Along with this, it is necessary for them to have EKYC on the entire portal. The youth who have not done this till now can do it on MP Online. For registration, the mobile number and email ID of the youth should be in working condition. Along with this, the bank account should be linked to Aadhaar and DBT enabled in the bank account because the amount of stipend will be sent to their account through direct bank transfer.

700 different works will be taught
Under this scheme, apart from providing employment to the youth, skills will also be taught. All youths who have done 12th pass, ITI, diploma, graduation and post graduation are eligible under the scheme. Instead of learning work in this, the state government will give stipend to the youth. Under this scheme, 700 works have been approved, including engineering, electronics, mechanical, civil, management, hotel management, tourism travel, hospital, railway, ITI, software, banking, insurance, accounting, chartered accountant, many other financial services. More work will be taught. And while learning this work, the youth will be given stipend. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the bird does not give nest to its children, it gives wings so that they can fly long flight of progress and development. He said that it is futile to give unemployment allowance to the youth, instead they should be taught work and in return they should be given money so that permanent employment can be arranged for them.

Will get this much stipend
Under the scheme, a stipend of Rs 8,000 per month will be given to 12th pass youth, Rs 8,500 per month to ITI youth, Rs 9,000 to diploma holders and Rs 10,000 per month to graduate and post graduate youth. An online contract is being signed between the establishments in which the youth will work and the state government. The amount of stipend will be given to the youth in their bank account through DPT i.e. Direct Bank Transfer.
