CM Shivraj’s announcement, CBSE toppers will also be given laptops, CM said- now all toppers will be given scooters; 78641 students received money for laptop

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, from next year, the scheme of giving laptops to the CBSE board will also be implemented. On Thursday, the CM transferred an amount of Rs 196.60 crore to the bank accounts of 78641 students of the MP Board in the ‘Pratibhasali Vidyarthi Samman function’.

From Lal Parade Ground, Bhopal, the CM transferred this amount online to the accounts of students who secured 75% or more marks in 12th. Rs 25000 have been given to each student. The Chief Minister also felicitated the toppers in the ceremony. He said, topper children told me that mama ji scooty apne MP board ko di hai, humen nahi di. Now all the topper children will also be given scooty.

The Chief Minister said, we will make a portal to take suggestions from all the students. Suggest, we will meet again under some excuse. I am most pleased when I am among my nephews and nieces.

The CM said, till 2003, when we used to go to school in Madhya Pradesh, we used to carry a bag in one hand and a bag in one hand. There was no arrangement for sitting. The school buildings were broken.

10359 students from Vidisha, Raisen, Sehore, Rajgarh and Bhopal districts under Bhopal division participated in the state level program of Talented Vidyarthi Samman function. Students from other districts are connected virtually. School Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar, Tribal Affairs Minister Meena Singh and officials of School Education and Tribal Affairs Department also participated in the programme.
