Whole Madhya Pradesh in support of Anna
BHOPAL (PTI): With the rallies, staged dharnas and protests in various parts of the state. Anna Hazare stepped out of Tihar Jail in Delhi to launch his crusade against corruption with the followers.
Three-wheelers remained off the roads in the city in support of Anna’s campaign while an association of auto owners took out a rally carrying the tricolour to express solidarity with the agitation for a strong Jan Lokpal bill.
Advocates in Bhopal staged a protest and distributed “I Am Anna” stickers and caps among the people and they are scheduled to stage street plays in the evening.
The other cities of the state like Gwalior, Jabalpur, Indore, Satna, Sagar, Rewa, Jhabua, Shajapur, Seoni, Sehore and Narsinghpur are alos not far from the issue.
At Jabalpur, also the advocates came out in support of Anna’s movement. Rallies and protests in support of Anna Hazare carried out all over MP. Employees of the Rail Coach Factory took out a rally from Nishatpura to the main railway station in support of the campaign while the state government employees conducted a signature campaign. The banner carrying signatures of the people in support of Lokpal would be submitted to the President.
