Where there is will, there is way : CM

Bhopal. ‘Where there is a will, there is a way’, These are the words of chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, when he falicitates Gopal Dhakad, Student of a government school of neemuch for scoring highest marks in all the subjects of class XII exam conducted by Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary School. At the function held at his official residence here today, Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan gave away a cheque for Rs. 30 thousand on behalf of Board of Secondary Exams to Gopal. He also handed over another cheque worth Rs. 1 lakh from Chief Minister Discretionary Fund to Gopal for pursuing further studies. MLA Shri Omprakash Sakhlecha, Chief Secretary Shri R. Parasuram and Gopal’s father Shri Nandlal Dhakad were also present on the occasion.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that. Gopal who belongs to a landless family, has achieved this success amid limited resources and financial constraints.
Congratulating Shri Nandlal Dhakad, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that he inspired Gopal to pursue his studies even under adverse circumstances. Gopal has also fulfilled his father’s dreams. Shri Chouhan said that Gopal’s success is a source of inspiration. This meritorious student has proved that children of poor families can touch sky with efforts. Showering affection and blessings on Gopal, he said that he is a gem of society as well as the country.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan warmly congratulated and honoured the father and the son. He offered sweets to Gopal Dhakad and presented a bouquet. When Gopal enquired about his health, the Chief Minister said that he is quite happy to meet such a meritorious student and will fully recover after seeing him.
It may be mentioned that Gopal Dhakad is a student of School of Excellence at Javad development block in Neemuch district. He has scored 487 out of 500 marks in science faculty. He has garnered cent percent marks in mathematics. He has secured over 95 percent marks in all other subjects also. His marks are highest in all the groups of 12th Board Exams. Gopal wishes to pursue engineering course at IIT. After meeting the Chief Minister, both the father and the son said that a dream has come true for them.
