State to Adopt Prosperity Resolution on Nov One

Madhya Pradesh will adopt a resolution for prosperity and development on its establishment day on November 1 said Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Wednesday and added that all sections of the society will have to cooperate for the realization of the goal. The Chief Minister was addressing a public welfare camp in Seoni.

Chouhan promised that Seoni will soon be developed into one of the most beautiful cities in the state to attract tourists.

He affirmed that that the course of the national highway passing through the city will never be diverted, he said that if need be the state will legally contest any move to relocate the key route that serves as the lifeline of the district.

On the occasion he announced the establishment of a Haat-Bazaar at a cost of Rs 1.50 crore, the bazaar will provide a market for products manufactured by local self-help groups.

The funds for the bazaar will be given from Swarn Jayanti Gram Sworazgar Yojana.

Minister in-charge of the district Devi Singh Sayyam, Public Health Engineering and Cooperative Minister Gaurishankar Bisen, MP KD Deshmukh, Vidhan Sabha Deputy Speaker Harvansh Singh, District Panchayat president Preeta Thakur, MLA Neeta Pateria, were among those present on the occasion.
